Measured reference-material values, patent-reported examples and hypothetical calculations are kept separate. None is presented as our lot-testing data.

Keep the material details together

Choose a source-labelled sourcing brief to keep the listed attributes, original links and open questions with your project. These summaries are not TDS documents, COAs or binding quotations.

Purchasing process

From a first question
to an agreed ingredient brief.

Use this shared route for MOQ, samples and delivery questions. Current commercial conditions are confirmed for the particular offer.

  1. 1

    Describe the requirement

Name the material or explain the application. A quantity, target grade, destination or deadline helps when known; unanswered specification questions can remain in the first enquiry.

  2. 2

    Confirm the material definition

Use the exact botanical or chemical identity, plant part where relevant, composition and grade. Resolve conflicting source-listing values before treating a material as an approved option.

  3. 3

    Request the relevant documents

Identify which current specification, analytical method, COA or safety record your team needs. Confirm which grade and lot each document describes.

  4. 4

    Review availability and commercial terms

Ask for the offered quantity, minimum order, packaging, quotation validity, payment and delivery terms. None is confirmed merely by submitting a form or reading a platform listing.

  5. 5

Agree on evaluation and order details

If a sample is available, confirm quantity, costs, dispatch conditions and its relationship to a future lot. Approve the agreed material definition and commercial terms before an order.

  6. 6

    Confirm shipment and lot records

Agree on the delivery destination, shipping documents and lot-specific records. Contact the team before sending anything to the company address; it is not a published sample-return or warehouse address.

Before you request a quotation

Where can I find a confirmed MOQ?

A source listing may state a minimum quantity, but the current offered grade, packaging and order must be confirmed. Product pages retain source-listed values when present; ask for the current quantity and unit in the quotation.

Can I start without a specification or purchase quantity?

Yes. Describe the material or intended use and the decision you need help with. Add known constraints; do not guess an assay, carrier or quantity just to complete a form.

Is a sample available for every material?

Availability has to be checked for the named material and intended evaluation. A sample enquiry does not confirm dispatch, a free sample, a fee, or equivalence to a later lot.

How is the delivery date confirmed?

Provide the grade, quantity, packaging, destination and timing requirement. Ask which availability and logistics conditions apply to the offer. This website does not publish one lead time for every material.

Does this website provide finished products or custom manufacturing?

The catalogue supports ingredient trading and sourcing enquiries. It does not establish a finished-supplement, private-label, extraction-equipment or contract-manufacturing service.
